How to place an order?

It's simple! Just add items to your cart, choose the correct branch, and you're done! Please note that you must reach a minimum order of $300 to place an order. The minimum amount excludes taxes and delivery.

You can also send an order directly to your representative, and they will enter it into our system for you.

How to proceed with payment?

Once your order is received, everything depends on the payment agreement made with us or your representative beforehand. Payment information will be provided on the order confirmation page and on the invoice sent to you by email. For now, we only accept bank transfers.

How to get a price list?

All our prices are always available online! You do not need to request a price list. If you see the mention "🔓 Log in," that's perfectly normal! Our prices are only visible once you are logged in and approved by our team.

How will the invoice be sent to me?

The invoice will be sent to you by email once the merchandise is ready for shipment for your first order with us, or once the merchandise has been shipped if it's not your first order. Please note that for all first orders on a new account, we require full payment before shipping.

What is the shipping time?

The shipping time for orders varies depending on several factors such as product availability, arrivals, and season. We strive to send all orders within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that no orders are shipped on weekends.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via Nationex or by pallet. We can deliver by package or by pallet depending on the customer's preference and to offer a competitive price.

Is it possible to pick up the order at your warehouse?

Unfortunately no, no direct pick-up at our warehouse is possible. Orders will be delivered directly to your business.
