Why can't I see the prices & why can't I add anything to the cart?
Only registered and approved customers can view item prices and add products to their cart. To become a customer, simply fill out the form on the "Become a Customer" page, and we will create your account. We will contact you if necessary to obtain further information.
How does billing work?
Billing varies depending on the payment terms applicable to your account. On the checkout page, the payment methods corresponding to the terms applicable to your company will be explicitly offered to you.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
All our parcel carrier shipments come with a tracking number. This number will be sent to you by email once the order has been shipped. If the order is shipped by pallet, a shipping notice will be sent to you, but the tracking number may not be available. You can contact us at any time to check the status of your order.
